Nice guys finish ….
Scene …. new years party, free booze …. way too much free booze … out of town party, accommodation sorted … bugger it, more free booze.
Great conversation, well, maybe, free booze and all, with a very attractive girl, some (and SAAK uses the term loosely) “dancing”. Some more good conversation.
Late at night, cold, raining, short walk to the accommodation, SAAK, being the nice guy offers girl his jacket … things going okay.
Back in SAAK room, small room, just a room with a bed, that’s it (no five star shin digs here). More good conversation.
One thing…. anther… SAAK thinks, not a great idea to progress things here, first meeting and all …. Don’t get me wrong, sleeping with (sadly yes, actual sleep) a beautiful girl in a very small single bed it kind of fun.

Hey there Fluffy, easy to say, but sometimes nice guy is more than a cliche. Next life time SAAK will be a "... them all" type, but for now..... once a nice guy always a loser
